Refund policy

This policy applies to eligible purchases made through PlayPop.

30-Day Return Period

PlayPop offers a 30-calendar-day return period for eligible products. Contact us within 30 days after delivery. Once approved, the product must be sent to the authorised return address within 14 days of approval unless we provide another deadline in writing.

This store policy does not exclude, restrict or replace mandatory consumer rights.

Additional Rights for United Kingdom Customers

United Kingdom customers generally have the right to cancel an eligible online purchase by notifying us within 14 days after delivery and then returning the goods within a further 14 days. For a qualifying statutory cancellation, we will refund the basic standard outbound delivery charge where required by law. Additional express or upgraded delivery costs may not be refundable beyond the standard amount.

Customers may reasonably inspect a product as they could in a shop. If handling goes beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning and reduces its value, a lawful deduction may apply. Rights for faulty, unsafe or misdescribed goods are not limited by this policy.

Change-of-Mind Return Conditions

Under PlayPop’s extended 30-day policy, the product should be:

• Unused and not played with
• Clean and in a resalable condition
• Complete with all parts, accessories, instructions and included items
• In its original packaging where reasonably possible
• Free from damage, wear, stains, odours, washing or alteration
• Accompanied by an order number or acceptable proof of purchase

Opening packaging only to reasonably inspect a product does not automatically remove a mandatory cancellation right. Excessive handling or use may make the item ineligible under the extended store policy or allow a lawful deduction.

Exclusions from the Extended Change-of-Mind Policy

Unless faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrect, not as described or covered by mandatory law, the extended policy does not cover personalised or made-to-order goods, digital gift cards, used or altered products, incomplete products, goods not bought directly from PlayPop, or returns sent without approval or to an unauthorised address.

How to Request a Return

Email ccbob187@gmail.com before sending anything back. Include your name, order number, product, reason for return and photographs if the item is damaged, faulty or incorrect.

We will review the request and provide instructions. Do not return a product before approval. The authorised return address may vary by market, product, order or fulfilment arrangement. Do not use the business address, parcel sender address or another address unless customer service authorises it in writing.

Return Shipping Costs

For an eligible change-of-mind return, the customer pays return shipping unless applicable law requires otherwise. Use a tracked service and retain proof of postage. If a product is confirmed faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrect or not as described, PlayPop will provide the appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return shipping where a return is required.

Damaged, Faulty, Unsafe or Incorrect Products

Stop using an item that appears unsafe. Email ccbob187@gmail.com as soon as reasonably possible with the order number and a clear explanation. We may request photographs or reasonable evidence, but this does not limit mandatory rights. Depending on the circumstances and law, the remedy may include a refund, replacement, repair or another solution.

Refund Timing

For returns under the extended store policy, approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

For a qualifying UK statutory cancellation, the refund will be made within 14 days after we receive the goods or acceptable evidence that they were sent back. Payment providers may require additional time to post the refund.

Refund Amount and Shipping Charges

For an approved change-of-mind return, the eligible product price is refunded. Original shipping is generally non-refundable unless law requires it, the item was faulty or incorrect, PlayPop cancelled before dispatch, or delivery failed for a reason PlayPop is responsible for. Qualifying UK cancellations include the basic standard outbound delivery charge where required by law.

Exchanges and Order Cancellations

Direct exchanges are not guaranteed. Contact us about another product or variation. To cancel before dispatch, email as soon as possible. We will try to cancel an order that has not entered fulfilment. Shipped orders may need to follow the return process.

UK customers may email any clear statement of their decision to cancel, or provide:

• Cancellation date
