PlayPop sells a changing selection of toys, tactile products, figures, decorative items and gifts. Not every item is suitable for every age or type of use. Product-specific information on the product page and packaging takes priority over this general guidance.
Before purchase and use, review the listed age guidance, materials, dimensions, included parts, battery requirements, instructions and warnings. Retain the packaging and instructions for future reference.
Adult Purchasing and Supervision
Purchases through this website must be made by an adult or a person who has reached the age of majority in their location. Products intended for children should be selected and supervised by a responsible adult according to the product-specific guidance.
Small Parts and Choking Hazards
Some products may contain small parts, detachable pieces, balls, accessories or packaging components. Products containing small parts must be kept away from children under three years old and from any person likely to place objects in their mouth, unless the product is specifically labelled otherwise.
Never allow children to play with plastic bags, ties, protective film or other packaging. Dispose of packaging safely after retaining any instructions and warnings.
Battery-Operated and Electronic Products
• Check whether batteries are included and use only the stated battery type.
• Battery installation, replacement and charging should be handled or supervised by an adult.
• Keep loose batteries, button cells and battery compartments away from young children.
• Do not mix old and new batteries or different battery types unless the instructions permit it.
• Do not recharge non-rechargeable batteries.
• Remove leaking, damaged or depleted batteries safely and follow local disposal rules.
• Stop using an electronic product if it overheats, smells unusual, makes abnormal sounds, has exposed wiring or has a damaged battery compartment.
• Keep electronic items dry unless the product is specifically designed and labelled for water use.
If a battery is swallowed or inserted into the body, seek urgent medical help immediately.
Squishy, Tactile and Stress-Relief Products
These products are intended for ordinary tactile play unless the product page states otherwise. They are not food, should not be bitten or chewed, and are not medical devices or treatments for anxiety or another health condition.
Inspect the outer surface before each use. Stop using the product if it splits, leaks, becomes sticky, develops an unusual smell or exposes its filling. Keep any released filling away from the mouth, eyes, skin and clothing, and clean the area according to the product instructions.
Plush Toys and Dolls
Check seams, eyes, buttons, accessories and other attachments regularly. Stop use if parts become loose or damaged. Follow the care label for cleaning. Keep plush and fabric products away from open flames and strong heat sources.
Figures and Decorative Items
Some figures and desk decorations are display items rather than toys. Do not give a decorative item to a child for play unless its product information specifically identifies it as suitable for that use.
Inspect Before and During Use
Use products only for their intended purpose and in a suitable environment. Inspect them before first use and regularly afterwards. Stop use immediately if a product is damaged, incomplete, unusually hot, leaking or otherwise appears unsafe.
Do not modify a product or use replacement parts, chargers or accessories that are not specified for it.
Product Differences
Minor colour or appearance differences may occur because of lighting, screen settings or manufacturing batches. Product safety information, included parts and the selected variation must still match the product description and packaging.
Safety Concerns and Recalls
If you believe a product may be unsafe, stop using it and keep it away from children. Email ccbob187@gmail.com with the order number, product name, photographs and a description of the concern.
If a safety notice or recall affects a product and we have sufficient customer information, we may contact affected customers with instructions. Follow any recall or corrective-action notice promptly.
