This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through PlayPop. PlayPop is operated by Chengdu Haimo Future Trading Co., Ltd.
Shipping Destinations
PlayPop currently ships to eligible addresses in the United Kingdom and the United States. Available services are confirmed at checkout. Some remote areas, islands, military addresses, PO boxes or territories may not be supported by every carrier.
Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Processing may take longer during public holidays, promotions or unusually high order volumes.
An order confirmation means that we have received the order. A separate shipping confirmation will be sent after the parcel is handed to the carrier.
Shipping Origin and Delivery Estimates
Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment location in China.
• United Kingdom: 10–15 business days after dispatch
• United States: 10–15 business days after dispatch
Including processing, the estimated total time from order placement to delivery is approximately 11–18 business days. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Customs, carrier disruption, public holidays, severe weather and peak periods may cause delays.
If a material delay occurs, we will provide updated information and any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.
Shipping Charges
Available methods and charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Free delivery or another shipping promotion applies only when it is clearly shown and its stated conditions are met.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, the tracking number or link will be emailed after dispatch. It may take several business days for the first scan to appear.
Customs, Taxes and Import Charges
Taxes collected by PlayPop are shown at checkout. Depending on the destination, order value, product and local rules, import duties, taxes or carrier charges may apply. Unless checkout states that these charges are included, the recipient may be responsible for charges imposed by local authorities or the carrier.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If an error is found, email ccbob187@gmail.com immediately. We will try to update the address before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes after processing begins. Additional delivery costs may apply to reship an order that could not be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete customer-supplied address, where permitted by law.
Split Shipments
Items may occasionally arrive in separate parcels. More than one tracking number may be issued. Customers will not be charged extra solely because PlayPop divides an order into multiple shipments.
Delayed or Lost Parcels
If a parcel has not arrived by the end of the estimated window, email ccbob187@gmail.com with the order number. We will review the tracking and contact the carrier or fulfilment partner where appropriate. If delivery cannot be completed within the promised or legally permitted period, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law.
Damaged Parcels or Incorrect Items
Inspect the order after delivery. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us as soon as reasonably possible with the order number, a description, clear product photographs and photographs of the packaging and shipping label where available. We will provide an appropriate solution under our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
Cancellation Before Dispatch
Email ccbob187@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will try to cancel an order that has not entered fulfilment or been dispatched, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing begins. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify the customer and refund the amount paid.
