Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to eligible addresses in the United Kingdom and the United States. Final availability is confirmed at checkout. Some remote areas, islands, military addresses, PO boxes or territories may not be supported by every carrier.

Where are orders shipped from?

Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment location in China.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Estimated transit time after dispatch is:

• United Kingdom: 10–15 business days
• United States: 10–15 business days

Including processing, the estimated total time is approximately 11–18 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Will I receive tracking information?

Where tracking is available, it will be emailed after dispatch. Tracking may take several business days to show its first update.

How much does shipping cost?

Could customs duties or import taxes apply?

Taxes collected by PlayPop are shown at checkout. Depending on the destination, order value and local rules, duties, import taxes or carrier handling charges may apply. Unless checkout states that they are included, the recipient may be responsible for charges assessed by local authorities or the carrier.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Can I change my delivery address?

Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We will try to update it before dispatch, but a change cannot be guaranteed. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address.

What is your return period?

For eligible products, contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns should be unused, complete and in their original condition. Do not send an item back before receiving approval and return instructions. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

What if an item is damaged, faulty, unsafe or incorrect?

Stop using the item and email ccbob187@gmail.com as soon as reasonably possible. Include the order number, a description of the issue, clear product photographs and photographs of the packaging and shipping label where available.
